What its like working in the music business as a creative

I started out as a visual designer. But now I work as a brand designer/art director at the company. For me right now it is the perfect environment for me to push myself and my work to next levels. The company didn’t really have a great visual communication or house style so now i try to earn trust by pushing them to be greater and myself to go even further.
