I'm pretty milfy for an old lady. Pushing 40 and lived a hard life of drugs, alcohol, mental illness, and eating disorders. We all come through. They only way out is through.

I'm guilty of this, but I'm getting better and more cognizant of my actions just by practicing mindfulness, hanging out with more compassionate and grateful people, and consciously trying to become a better person.
