I’m so over work right now. I’ve work for the same company for YEARS and have been WFH since before the pandemic. Last year they said we had to go back to office 1x day a week. Ok I can’t deal with that. Then they move me to a new team and they said 3x week and my schedule went from 5x8 to 4x10 my commute is 2.5 hours. Totally sucks. IMO they are doing shitty stuff hoping ppl will quit so they don’t have to do surplus and pay severance. 🤬
