White collar no flight risk easily recognizable people don't need mug shots or bail and shouldn't be kept in a jail cell for a single minute. The whole country should be this way.
I want a mug shot but reading as to when New York deems them necessary this unfortunately doesn't fit the bill
But hey, first president in the history of our country to be arrested, fingerprinted, and forced to offer a plea in court.
