@Praxismapper, I am trying to follow the quick start guide, and am running into issues running PraxisMapper.exe. A shell briefly opens and then closes. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

I've been trying out #sora2, revisiting some old images I generated using #midjourney. It's a bit fiddly to get Sora to both keep the art style and to make the image 'come alive', but I've made some progress.

Exact same art style, but movement is janky
