Deftly crafted to highlight multiple prejudices that are present among upper caste Goan (and to be honest Mangalorean) catholics. I say deftly crafted lightly though because I don’t know if he intended to put these out there as a critical or non critical joke.
Sania Aziz#Journalists, I must tell you about Sonix.ai for the amazing #transcribing tool it is. I had an hour-and-a-half interview and the speaker spoke with a heavy French accent. Despite that, Sonix was able to #transcribe about 90% of it accurately, and very little needed to be edited.

Leavitt changed astronomy. She figured out new ways to measure a star’s distance from Earth & her work helped determine the universe is expanding.
Her boss, Edward Pickering, published her findings UNDER HIS NAME. Later, Shapley used her findings to determine distances around the Milky Way w/o credit.
Leavitt’s work is still used today. Next time you hear about famous men in #science share her story. #HistoryRemix
