Went on a bit of a road trip today to pick up this beastie. Nice early Altair 8800 with a full set of documentation and bundle of paper tapes. This is what I went for ... But I also picked up something else that's a bit special .....

It's alive! This one almost had me beat, with numerous faults on each of the PCBs. Now fully working. Z80 CPU, 64k RAM, 800k floppy, 5mb hard drive. 😀
