Nobody asked for this, but here it is anyway:
#WWDC25
Liquid glass looks pretty cool. I hope they continue adding more materials to the OS. Perhaps linen or felt. Maybe even leather

@rejected My keyboard extension app got rejected for "App Completeness".
You can define text snippets that you can paste anywhere, so I thought a good example snippet would be to have a "Lorem Ipsum" text.

Naturally Apple saw this not as an example but as "content that is not complete or final" #RejectedByAppReview #iOSdev

@ostojan Basic Search Ads worked great for me until November of last year. I was always way under the maximum CPI and for paid-upfront apps it was a no-brainer (especially with the 100$ credit).
Now I don't get any downloads anymore, even after increasing the maximum CPI.
Makes me wonder what changed, or if I'm holding it wrong...
Actually looking forward to new SDK bits at WWDC this year!
I just hope it's not just all AI stuff...
@rafa I even forgot to apply the promo code, that's how much I support you 😅

Just bought another @Sketch license.

I really like the "get a license and 1 year of updates" model. I'm not a designer, I don't need the collaboration or web features.

I bought the last license 4 years ago for 80€ so that equated to 20€ / year.

Now the price is 50% more expensive (120€), but if my update cadence stays the same it equates to 30€ / year.

Much easier to justify than 120€ / year.

I wish other software that I just use every now and then offered the same model.

Highlight of the day:
Getting a support request with very detailed, actionable feedback and saying they would have paid more for the app 😅

Lowlight of the day:
My new app got its first review, its one star, and complaining about the pricing.
The app has a generous free tier and a free trial for the pro features. The reviewer even mentions the wrong price so it looks more expensive to readers 😡
I get it if you don't want to pay for something or you find something too expensive, but ugh...
