Download image button not working? - Lemmy.World

Is this a known issue? Is it only certain phones? I want to save images and memes to my galaxy 8 but i can’t. As far as i can tell The app has permissions you access my image folder. When boost returned from the reddit api debacle i could download images just fine. But a couple months ago i stopped being able to. I can load the HD version of the image just fine.
