Neues Feature in NC Connector: Passwörter für Nextcloud-Freigaben können jetzt getrennt über Nextcloud Secrets bereitgestellt werden.

genau für solche freien, selbstbestimmten Workflows bauen wir NC Connector.
The NC Connector will soon support separate password delivery via the Nextcloud app “Secrets”.
The mail client continues to send the email itself, while the NC Connector delivers the share password either as a plain-text password in a separate email or as a Nextcloud Secrets link.
The delivery method can be selected by the sender or centrally predefined in the NC Connector backend.
NC Connector now supports centrally managed email signatures 🎉
Admins define one template in the Nextcloud backend. Variables like {NAME}, {FUNCTION}, {PHONE} and {EMAIL} are filled from each user’s Nextcloud profile.
Missing fields, like mobile numbers, can be added via user-specific backend overrides.
Works with Thunderbird and Outlook.
