So Elongated Muskrat is being bloody stupid by putting it to a poll whether Trump's #twitter account should be reinstated... or in all likelihood he's decided to do so and using using a poll that he expects to return a resounding 'yes' as a pretext/justification/"not my decision, it's the will of the people".

Still some time to go on it, but I've been keeping half an eye on it and the 'no' percentage is slowly but surely increasing. At this rate his own poll on his own site will tell him NO.
