I have written lots of code. Humanist, liberal.
'Liberalism is a political and moral philosophy based on the rights of the individual, liberty, consent of the governed, political equality, the right to private property and equality before the law.'
I really truly wish ppl would stop copying/pasting these truth social posts. Who would see them if they were left to thinly echo to nothing in that hollowed out irrelevant platform?

Hi #fediverse. We need to talk about something.

While talking to a colleague about how I recently learned most people have never sat on a cow it came up that she has never sat on a horse. Like, not even once during childhood.

Another colleague admitted they also have never sat on a horse.

My hypothesis is that most people have at one point in their life sat on a horse.

Have you sat on a horse?

I wonder what the odds are that repubs would impeach trump if his SOU address goes off the rails. It would certainly be one thing to do to increase the chances of keeping the majority in Congress and the WH.
Assuming what he meant was ‘bored of peace’
Not a stretch to assume trump wins the first and all subsequent Board of Peace Peace Prizes. What do we think -- comes with $1B?
I wondered why the "proud boys" and the rest of the nazis weren't in MN until I realized they are, just now with ICE badges.
US universities are all slipping in research rankings, while Chinese and other nations' universities are rising and hold 7 spots in the top 10. Trump wants Harvard to fund Vocational/Technical training in the amount of $500M. Totally fine. In 20 years the US will have the greatest sweatshops in the World. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
NATO is deploying to Greenland to counter US threats. Totally fine.
We have to occupy (with force if necessary) a NATO ally, because if we don’t, then Russia or China will (invade a NATO country). Got it. Makes sense.

Signing up to pay $56k next year in premiums for health insurance, but there is no benefit until we've exhausted our deductible of $13k (family), at which point we get a slight break on medical costs until we've paid $15k.

In other words, we are signing up to pay $71k as "insurance" against going bankrupt from getting cancer or getting in a motor vehicle accident. Land of the free.
