The worst part of AI generated emergency department notes is that they look at first glance like a note that a thorough doc would write, giving you hope that they will have all sorts of useful info, but instead they are a really uncanny valley experience of a disconcertingly not-quite-right stream of unrelated nonsense, none of which can be trusted.
