I work at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. I have a background in Astronomy and RF engineering. I also have the cleanest desk in the basement front end lab! Come by and say hi
The MSIP demonstration antenna construction is proceeding apace. I'm starting power on testing tomorrow and then it'll be routing of communication cables as we begin getting more components into place.
Update. Battery on the ebike blew up on me...
My truck is even more dead than it was before. My scooter is dead. And all I have is this e bike.
But the scooter is going to be up and running again soon, and the truck needs a new engine. But it will have one in due time...
(I'm a fan of Jimmy buffet music and listen to radio margaritaville as much as I can. I've also had a number of whacky adventures)
And this e bike is 100% my aesthetic
@StellaLunaObs that's a great point. My old town back in Ohio just went for the blue white lights and it pretty much washed out the sky almost entirely despite being a small town

Are these different and less light pollution intensive?

@kellylepo valid. I almost got roped into giving a tour over the weekend by Helen in safety for the aas folks. But conveniently I had to water my dog. Actually I just have voice dysphoria.
