@mxfraud Make sure you can make a consistent profit. If you can't pay the bills, everything else falls to the wayside. Embrace Friday Night Magic and the pre-release weekends - they keep many game stores afloat.
@attercap IME it all depends on how you feel about the game you're running. If you're excited about the plot, setting, and characters in the game, you'll get the courage to find the players and run it.
