Thinking about opening a boardgame/ tabletop game cafe in 3-5 years.
I wonder if anyone has done that and has some pointer on what makes a good FLGS / boardgame café.

Seriously, though. That sounds like the old cyber cafes that used to exist. Could probably take some pages from their books. :)

@mxfraud Make sure you can make a consistent profit. If you can't pay the bills, everything else falls to the wayside. Embrace Friday Night Magic and the pre-release weekends - they keep many game stores afloat.
@mxfraud 'just visited The Castle in MA, it was great. Things that help: good game selection (200+), color coding games by difficulty, food, drinks (coffee & full bar)
