These "pro-Palestinian" campus protests feel a lot like Occupy Wall Street and Defund the Police to me.
I don't have enough friends to make this happen anymore, but I thought I'd share a great adult Easter egg hunt variation.
Adults can only get drinks from the bar by turning in eggs they found. For premium drinks hide only a few eggs; for beers, hide many. Lots of vodka tonics; a couple of McAllen fifteens, Special colors for special drinks & shots.
Guests often end up trading eggs.
It can be quite fun.
Anyway,

Love it when people complain about freedom of speech when they mean freedom from consequences. Being criticized is not a violation of freedom of speech. In a liberal democracy, you have a right to your opinion, you don't have a right to be amplified by people who think you're a buffoon. In a truly diverse space, it's entirely appropriate that there will be groups who despise each other. That's part of the deal with freedom.
RealJournalismFrom now on, "Genocide Joe" will get you blocked. One can be critical of Joe Biden's policies over the conflict in #Gaza without repeating Russian propaganda. He can't just pick up the phone and order Bibi to stop, and Bibi has already stated he would refuse such orders. And I'm not going to throw women, gays, trans, immigrants, Ukraine, or anyone else under the bus just because I'm disappointed in his Israel policy. I've made up my mind.
While I am happy to see lows in the sixties and Spring in Florida, last year was the worst Summer I've experienced here and I can only assume this one will be worse.
