The Evil Chocolate CookieOk, if you have a problem with someone, communicate it to them, clearly and respectfully. Do not go behind backs. Do not punish people for things they don't even know they did. If people know there's a problem, they can do something to fix it. jumping straight into dick mode is not the way to do it. If you can't communicate, then maybe you shouldn't be moderating anything.
