We just want to put it out there, we do not fuck with the BRRN. We do not trust they have somehow recreated themselves to not be rapist apologists and to actually value feminism and femme voices. We do not think anarchists should be recommending this org to others, new folks, whomever. It is a serious red flag that any anarchist would be so willing to forgive BRRN their transgressions and simply accept them back with open arms. Fuck that.
We've been meaning to write a response to their new statement (about how syndicalism is dead, workerism is anti-life, etc.), but whether or not that piece ever gets written, it is important to voice our concerns and warn others about a (potentially) abusive org that will likely chew you up and spit you back out.
Fire to the patriarchy.
Fire to those who protect abusers in "anarchist" spaces.
Fire to all the rotting corpses of colonialism.

Banner in Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners Around the World
May 10, 2023
From the overcrowding of the urban areas in a present that is increasingly immersed in slavery, we rise up and join the gestures of solidarity with the anarchist prisoners around the world, realities that appear distant but which, along with our own local reality, compose a system of global domination against human life and the earth.
Freedom for Alfredo Cospito!

The first-degree sentence of the Diamante trial against anarchist comrades Evelin and Gianluca (arrested on March 16th, 2022) was read out today, July 5th, at the Genoa court. Evelin was acquitted of all accusations and Gianluca was convicted to 4 years and 6 months of prison (plus a fine of 15,000 euro) for âillegal possession of explosivesâ (art. 1 and 2 of law 895/67) and âattempted crimeâ (art. 56 c. p., Italian criminal code), while he was acquitted of the accusation of âmanufacture or possession of explosive materials with the purpose of endangering public safetyâ (art. 435 c. p.).
The comrades were not tried under the âaggravating circumstance of the purpose of terrorism or subversion of the democratic orderâ (in relation to art. 270 bis 1 c. p.) because for this aggravating circumstance, present during the investigation phase, there had been no indictment for trial. The prosecutorâs requests had been for 5 years and 6 months (plus a fine of 15,000 euro) for Evelin and 9 years and 6 months (plus 30,000 euro) for Gianluca. We recall that the latter is still under house arrest with all restrictions (prohibition of meetings with persons other than close family members, prohibition of communication and exit permits, etc.). Solidarity!

Today marks four years since Willem van Spronsen was killed while apparently taking action to disable the fleet of buses that served the Northwest Detention Center, a private immigration detainment facility.
You can read his final statement here:
"We must conclude that a changeover is imminent and ineluctable in the coopted cast who serve the interests of domination, and above all manage the protection of that domination. In such an affair, innovation will surely not be displayed on the spectacle's stage. It appears instead like lightning, which we know only when it strikes. This changeover, which will conclude decisively the work of these spectacular times, will occur discreetly, and conspiratorially, even though it concerns those within the inner circles of power. It will select those who will share this central exigency: that they clearly see what obstacles they have overcome, and of what they are capable."
- Guy Debord, "Comments on the society of the spectacle," 1988

⎠⯠ALT 1 / 3 rdtw-2024.jpg Artwork that shows a side view of three Sailor moon-like characters positioned side by side in a running motion. They are all wearing black t-shirts. The character in the middle has light colored hair while the two on the outside have dark colored hair. The closest character has the Anarchist Black Cross symbol printed on the left shoulder sleeve. The symbol is a left fist clenching a piece of broken barbed wire, and the wrist is making a cross with the letters "ABC." The character furthest away is wearing a Palestinian keffiyeh. Text above image reads "Running Down The Walls." Below the image is two pieces of barbed wire with text between them that reads "Anarchist Black Cross Philly 2024." Two of them are running and the other is in a wheelchair, depicting that Running Down The Walls is an accessible event. The person in the wheelchair is wearing a t-shirt and has long light colored hair. The person running in front is wearing a Palestinian keffiyeh, a tank top shirt, and has long dark colored hair. The person running in the back is also wearing a tank top shirt, but has short dark colored hair. In the background is a crumbling Gaza wall with cracks and mangled barbed wire. Text surrounding the image reads "Running Down The Walls 2024. Free Gaza. Free political prisoners. Resist fascism." Close ALT 3 / 3 ben-passmore-rdtw-2024.jpg Drawing of the Gaza prison wall at night with stars shining above, and several bottles and pieces of broken wall on the ground in front. A large hole in the middle of the wall makes the shape of a person running, and the barbed wire at top is mangled to spell the words "Running Down The Walls." Remaining parts of the wall are covered in anarchist, anti-authoritarian, pro-resistance, and pro-Palestine graffiti which includes symbols of a machete, clenched fist, the "N" from the international squatters symbol, and the anarchist circle-A. Graffiti text reads "free Palestine," "free the land," "from the river to the sea," "Fanon," "FTP," and "ACAB." Drawing is by Ben Passmore.
