At COSine this weekend, @pluralistic mentioned the song "Somebody Will" by Ada Palmer.

I've been feeling like I've not been doing enough to deal with all of the things going on around us, but the song makes a good point -- that even if you are doing _something_ that might help someone else, who helps someone _else_, who accomplishes the big thing, that is enough.

We keep getting letters from insurance companies wanting our business that have photos of our house on them!

Was doing some baking, and the recipe said to put the skillet at a medium heat, or about 325°F. I grabbed my IR temperature sensor from my 3D printer to check the skillet temperature.

My wife said that was a seriously _Adam Savage_ thing to do, which I took as a major compliment 😃!
