I need a new work laptop. Needs to be able to run VMs and quickly search through a few hundred gigabytes of text files. It can be as large and heavy as necessary and 1440p. Any recommendations?
Besides Mastodon, it seems like the other social media alternatives are competing with each other over who can have the most security issues. I'd love to do cool write-ups on them after they get fixed, but they just refuse to fix or even acknowledge them.
Just to clarify, you put whatever hashtags you're trying to hide inside the parentheses, like this:
