@hammerheadcorvette I have more specific layouts I prefer that Gnome doesn't have built in. For example, on my main monitor I like a tall and skinny zone at the very right of my monitor for snapping chat apps like Facebook Messenger or Signal.
And my left monitor is in the vertical orientation; I like to have 3 rows evenly spread from top to bottom, so I can have an app at the top, middle, and bottom. Gnome doesn't seem to let me snap them this way on that monitor.
