@GeePawHill the location makes me think that's where your hand rests on your desk. Could it be a reaction to the cleaning products you use for your desk / its material / a wrist rest / silicon in the wrist rest / silicon in a mouse pad / etc.?

@molly0xfff devil's advocate, this blocks a sizeable portion of the "fuck mature women in your area" spam.
Counter argument, it blocks most of my traffic as well.
@sophie that's fair, open AI and anthropic seem to not care at all, Google seem to respect it. I think it's more of a matter of displaying the "no trespassing" sign, people might still ignore it but at least they can't claim ignorance.
(with that being said I agree with 100% of your article).
Hey @sophie, can I suggest to update your robots.txt? Right now it tells any scraper that it's fine to roam you cute little garden.

Well, it's that time of year again. The calendar has flipped over to a new page and we're expected to celebrate the fact that we've made it through another year. I suppose it's as good a reason as any to drink some champagne and make a bunch of noise. Happy new year, I guess.
