I procrastinated having the water shut off valve in my garage replaced so of course a pipe sprung a bad leak under my bathroom sink requiring an emergency plumber. So I had him fix the leak and replace the shut off valve. He also taught me how to shut water off at the street. $1500 I did not need to spend and the same week my cat dies. I'm over this week now, it can fuck right off.

Oh, I just discovered #HashtagGames and while I'm too tired to play at the moment, I followed it so that I can get in on the fun here soon.

The fucking fireworks have started. I no longer have a pet to comfort from the sounds, but why are people so hell bent on creating very loud booms (most without color) that scare pets, people with PTSD, neurodivergent people and are entirely obnoxious to the rest of us. #july4th #4thofjuly
