P wave origin:
-->V1 positive = left sided or Crista Terminalis/Sinus Node
-->II/III/aVF positive = superior structure
-->V3-V4 Positive = posterior structure
-->II P wave amplitude > III = Rightward structure.

-->High Crista or RSPV assuming it is not Sinus!

It would be useful to compare this to a normal heart rate sinus rhythm ECG from this patient with this lead placement to identify if there are any discernible P morphology differences.

Right Superior Pulmonary Vein Focal AT confirmed with EP Study!

It does not look too different than a sinus beat as sinus P waves can sometimes be positive in V1 rather than the traditionally described "pos/neg".
