New Post on the Beat Box! This one is for you #epeeps
P wave origin:
-->V1 positive = left sided or Crista Terminalis/Sinus Node
-->II/III/aVF positive = superior structure
-->V3-V4 Positive = posterior structure
-->II P wave amplitude > III = Rightward structure.
-->High Crista or RSPV assuming it is not Sinus!
Right Superior Pulmonary Vein Focal AT confirmed with EP Study!
It does not look too different than a sinus beat as sinus P waves can sometimes be positive in V1 rather than the traditionally described "pos/neg".
P wave Localisation made EASY! (Based of Kistler et al. 2006/2021)

Based on dominant P wave polarity! Try it out with the ECG, answer in comments. Enjoy! #epeeps #cardiology #cardiotwitter #cardioed #ecg #ekg #svt #eps
Pick your poison. Anterior line? Posterior line? Or something else?
