@DDimetrodon involved in the aftermath of the war, and after becoming a psyche student. I sort of wish it had a bit more impact. Like, they were meant to go away to the countryside and I sort of wanted to see that happen, so Jane could learn to balance maturity with a joy of life and such.

Ah well, such is Disney sequels. 😂

Yeah, I'd almost hazard Frollo was TO clear, though I think most people wouldn't understand it fully until their late teens/early adulthood (a kid can definitely get the idea, but just how deep that rabbit hole goes is... woof). It was done brilliantly, regardless, imo!

@DDimetrodon Is that the original mythos? It's been over a decade since I read the book tbh x_x I think Peter Pan as a story shines most when a person has knowledge of the author and his personal journey, which is pretty interesting imo! I def need to recap it.

Yeah, it was just a bit to glossed over, yet also written very realistically? Adults watching must have been very confused. Even Frollo wasn't glossed over as much, iirc?
