Every single owner on the show is shown abusing their staff and costumers, ignoring basic hyegine etc, and when Ramsay calls them out they deny it outright. The series frames it as "the key to success is good leadership". What it shows instead is that those who own capital are lead to believe that by the virtue of owning they can do no wrong.

This company we bought registers from claims to have a feature on their more expensive plan that is not explained anywhere on their website, their sales rep had no idea what it is, and customer service had to put me on hold to find out 🤔
