When you work in the glue layers of a design team like I do, your work is most often small iterations towards better vs. major refactors of your infrastructure layer. I recently led the rare major initiative to refactor the Wonder Blocks color palettes and semantic tokens schema at Khan Academy and am so proud of this work!
I even built you a little tool where you can enter color values to generate a primitives palette and semantic tokens using this schema.

Hi the government did something very good today. Amazon notified me of a product recall, I went to the Consumer Product Safety Commission website and had all the details I needed to submit my claims with the manufacturer. Removed the defective units and have two replacements already on the way.
This is a v good use of my taxes.
