Need an escape from pathological liars trying to gaslight you?

Have no fear it’s Wednesday, which means it’s new comic day!

So dive into flights of fancy where even the most over the top bad guys are more humane, sympathetic, and three dimensional than a majority of our elected leaders!

Here are my picks of the week!

Because if my detached retina I’m little late on my new release picks for new comic day for March 4th and 11th so I tossed in an extra book for this week to juice that literary/artistic love at a time when lies and bombs are sadly flying with impunity.
My favorite comic character Dick Grayson made his debut 86 years ago on March 6, 1940, in “Detective Comics” #38 as Robin created by writer Bill Finger, Bob Kane & Jerry Robinson. In 1984 the character grew up and became Nightwing in “Tales of the Teen Titans” #44 by Marv Wolfman & George Perez.
Tomorrow is new comic day… and trust me you’d rather be immersed in 4-color imagination engines than doing what I’ll be doing. Here are my picks of the week…
Tired of watching people you thought were good people cheer on mistreatment of others. Recharge your spirt with flights of imagination. Tomorrow is new comic day… here are my picks if the week.

Went to see “Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die,” wow, what a blast.

A goofy action packed homage to everything from The Terminator, Stepford Wives, Night of the Living Dead, Twelve Monkeys, The Faculty and more.

The script is funny, the cast makes the absurd feel grounded, the director handles big fx w/o letting it over power the narrative. I’m stunned this is not getting way more buzz.

I don’t think I’ve been as pleasantly suprised by a film since “Everything, Everywhere, All at Once”

I don’t care what your opinion of “Star Trek: Starfleet Academy” is… but the the latest episode “Come, Let’s Away”puts Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti alone in a room for large periods of time, and it’s the acting equivalent of watching thoroughbreds run.
