@JoshuaHolland MSM posture to be Democrats and MSM cultivate the affections and opinions of the Democratic Party base but they are ultimately paid by the same rich libertarians that support the GOP.
The messaging that gets through the "firewall" is 200 proof libertarian.
I don't know about others but this is a whole new meaning, for the cliche "money talks bs walks."
The winnowing of legacy media parallels the death spiral of the GOP -- what can be expected from any symbiosis.
As the sane decent people flee the corrupt and deranged become more concentrated. The increasingly corrupt and deranged then cause any remaining sane decent people to flee.
Not sure exactly when this spectacle peaks out -- there is a tsunami inducing collapse in the works -- but Biden will have to deal with it.
The MSM/GOP symbiosis doesn't want freedom of communication on anything other than culture wars either which is another direct attack on democracy.

In the very late 20th Century I openly encouraged everyone to get involved in politics. Almost immediately the most gullible utopians in the history of politics appeared: the neocons .
They got played by the est. GOP like a poker chip. They are so stupid they _still_ think BushCo cared about democracy in the mideast.
Nevertheless, I continue to encourage everyone to get involved in democracy. It's the only way to flush out complete morons.

We can put W. Bush on trial for his war crimes, a genocide 5X larger than Netanyahu's, on a pretext of lies to get tax cuts for the rich.
What sucks even more is the Democrat fund raising pitch "vote harder."
How does that serve the public or win elections?
We all know ideas are verboten on the legacy media plantation. If Biden even breathes the word "idea" the NY Times will issue a fatwa against Hunter.
So Democrats cannot campaign on anything other than "vote harder."
First you need to quell the 47 year outbreak of libertaria.
This is easier than you think but the collateral effect will be to toss the MSM/GOP symbiosis under the bus.
The energy density of Na-ion isn't much lower. The problem is they quickly degrade.
