As you may know, I am stepping back from my role as a legal observer with the Movement Defence Committee.

What you may not know is the reason why.

Caryma Sa'd has been targeting me for over three years, ever since I backed up an accurate account of what took place July 10, 2021¹ that undermined her self-serving narrative, which portrayed herself as the victim.

Her efforts have steadily escalated over the years, and now she seems to have reached the point where she would happily have me or one of my friends killed.
That may sound hyperbolic, and yet, here we are.

➡️ Cyberstalking

Caryma initially claimed that she had ✌🏾"someone else"✌🏾 monitor my social media posts, though she has subsequently openly admitted to reading everything I post — sometimes unintentionally admitting the same. I freely admit to testing this theory by making outlandish and triggering posts, designed to wind her up and watch her go. Sometimes I have done that as a way of proving to others that she is indeed stalking me.

Additionally, the weirdo has taken personally stuff that was NOT aimed at her, probably a result of her narcissistic tendencies.

I also freely admit to posting photographs of places as I am leaving, to see if one or more of them scoot to those places, which regularly happens, a perfect segue into...

➡️ In-person stalking

Her bitterness at being held accountable for her selfishness in bringing a toxic factor into a marginalized community soon found a locus in a pair of Black women, myself and one other. She recently AGAIN posted herself outside the other person's assumed workplace. In the text accompanying the creepy photograph, she openly declares that she discovered her ✌🏾"interest"✌🏾 in progressive activism only AFTER this point.

With me, the stalking began with a scoot-by of a jail support session at 52 division — after a progressive action she had no interest in. Soon, she began ✌🏾"covering"✌🏾 progressive protests — but only if I was present. That escalated into her often only sending her spouse/enforcer, "Lee", or Donald Francis Smith, convicted criminal harasser, as her proxy.

Soon the list of people being followed expanded. Anyone whom the brain trust decided was "too friendly" with me became an acceptable target, including the day Lee was caught following an unhoused Indigenous man as he went about his errands.

In other words, her self-declared ✌🏾"expertise"✌🏾 in progressive protests is purely a by-product of her harassment campaign; it does not extend to the many actions or issues where "enemies" are not expected.

And as a result of that focus, she has cultivated an audience of grievance collectors with no interest in the issues, only conflict — which she happily provides (evidenced by which of her posts get engagement and which do not).

➡️ Physical Intimidation

For months, her spouse/"cameraman" engaged in physical intimidation, including an attempt to force me into a busy street with oncoming traffic, which concluded with his discovery that some women WILL defend themselves². As a result, I now have a great many photographs of him leaning forward to film me.

➡️ Lies and errata, no corrections.

If you search her twitter feed, you will find hundreds of posts about me, basically declaring me the Empress of Antifa and the architect of her misery. Certainly some of it is out of her own nescience and speculation born of that ignorance, but a good amount of it is purely malicious.

Sometimes, when she's not even present, and I am actually dealing with her creepy spouse, a man half a foot taller, a decade+ younger, who outweighs me by at least 60 pounds, she re-casts my attempts at rebuffing/self-defence as aggressions, with herself as the victim, in need of aid.

It is, very plainly: Stochastic terrorism.

➡️ Implied Public Mischief

More important than the lies she feeds her well over 50,000 followers, she has openly stated that she has filed countless false police reports against me, once even claiming I was planning to poison her cats.

Of late, however, she has been openly engaging with police, making claims which seem to feature me prominently. Her submission to the TPSB Public Consultation on Protests and Encampments featured my photo.

Given the extremely narrow scope of her ✌🏾"expertise"✌🏾 and her demonstrated propensity for untruths and half-truths, it seems reasonable to assume the document was rife with ✌🏾"errors"✌🏾 that cast her many, many targets in the worst possible light.

I initially attributed the new tendency of cops to refer to me by name as a product of the $5 million display of licentiousness that is the facial recognition vehicle, but the timing also coincides with her frenetic attempts to both distract from and criminalize all references to a particular twitter thread, the very mention of which was instrumental in expunging their abhorrent presence from many activist spaces.

Her intellectually inert henchman/spouse/cameraman also let slip another mistruth they may have told the police: That I am the person behind the Toronto Pigs Instagram account. I state unequivocally that I am not. I absolutely do not post anything that risks accidentally criminalizing a comrade.

That truth, or any other, doesn't matter to cops, though. She is clearly leveraging the long-standing, well-documented anti-Blackness of the Toronto Police Service to her own ends.

She is, quite literally, angling for the police to do her dirty work for her.

In recent weeks, I have felt compelled to reiterate to friends, family, and colleagues that should I end up like Sandra Bland, I MOST DEFINITELY did not take my own life.

And thus I say to her:
You win, Caryma Sa'd.

You wanted me isolated from the Movement Defence Committee, and now you will have it. Effective October 1, 2024 I will be stepping back from my role.

Congratulations.
You have successfully weaponized your institutional power as a lawyer and an arm of the state against an older Black woman whose only power is community.

To all others reading this, I remind you of the quote from Malcolm X:

“If you're not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed, and loving the people who are doing the oppressing."

She may not be a newspaper, but she 100% whitewashes oppressors.
Keep your eyes open. ✊🏾

New event dossier: July 2nd, 2022 – Patriot Front Independence Day weekend march

"Preamble: On July 2nd 2022, roughly 100 members of Patriot Front held a flash rally and marched along the Freedom Trail in Boston MA. During the march, several members assaulted local performer Charles Murrell III. This assault led to legal firm Foley Hoag filing a federal civil rights lawsuit, naming Thomas Rousseau and 99 "John Does" as defendants, in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts."

Interesting to see that the 2nd son of the Thai King went & visited the "Faces of Victims of 112" exhibition held by
112watch in NYC.
& appears to say that both sides need to talk to each other. Which is a far cry from what is happening in Thailand with all the prosecutions ongoing. 🤔

At least one person I've met are in prison with Article 112 charges so I got a very healthy dose of scepticism about this... & Like not seeing this as a good sign per say ... but its definitely an unexpected development.
