4) if you truly do support justice by any means, you have nothing to lose with leftist politics; capitalism is inherently violent through exploitation of land, labor, and people, and any leftist movements are attempts to resist and overthrow those oppressive systems

liberals will never understand:

1) electoral politics are optimal for incremental change. their purpose is to prevent radical deviation from the status quo. this is why, as useful as bernie & corbyn have been for de-stigmatizing the left, any truly leftist movements can't be voted into action.

2) to overturn capitalist systems, a people's revolution must come from the bottom and will be met with [violent] oppression. this is why leftist groups cannot rule out a militant aspect to their theory

@drvdndssdnt if i hear anyone brag about this within earshot i promise to give them a sore ear. also let's talk about how they were built with a broad track gauge so that it would be technologically incompatible with european railways with the intent of freezing economic development (the same strategy was used in africa)

My city has a significant homeless population. Our mayor (a liberal) passes laws banning the homeless from making camp, essentially giving pigs free reign to harass anyone they want anytime. Public drinking fountain are removed. Then they spend half a billion dollars on a new sports arena downtown. I am going to join the local PSL. I have huge social anxiety that has made me hesitate for so long but I fucking can't any longer. I have to take part in SOMETHING trying to change this

the verdict on the pig who killed philando castile doesn't suprise me but it still crushes me. nothing ever changes and if you think reform can happen to make police better you don't pay attention. you don't know the history. fuck your cop uncle. fuck your cop mom.
