Met a Tesla and Apple fan boy while I was charging saying I should get a Tesla and that their family regretted getting a Nissan leaf
They called all fast chargers "super chargers" and also saying I was not supposed to charge to 100% when I was condition charging to get the BMS to recognize true 100% and also said that I am supposed to slow Charge it to condition charge when the fast charger slows down anyway when it condition charges
And saying Nissan leaf batteries degrade too fast if you fast charge when infact this leaf is from 2017 and has only lost 2 of 12 bars of health when by their logic I would of lost more than 4 bars of health
They also dismissed how modifiable and how much of a target the leaf is for modding and the fact that you can throw a new battery from a newer model into a older model if you jack up the suspension and the interchangeable stereo saying to "just get a Tesla" and that it's too much work and also said the leaf is inefficient when going fast and dismissed the fact you can change some of the components to improve the efficiency but also how efficient my current leaf is
But also when I said I am also trying to avoid Tesla because of musk they said
"I don't care about musk but I also get a free lifetime of supercharging"
They also said this while coming to the free fast charger I usually use with a css to Tesla adapter
It was also at a Nissan dealership
They also got upset when a 2023 Nissan leaf showed up on top of my 2017
