In Yeltsin's case it was the sale of the government enterprises that enriched the oligarchs. In the USA it is likely to be the big old companies - Ford, IBM, Harvard, etc that are the targets.
To make them affordable you need to crash their stock prices and reduce the value of the dollar (i.e. inflation)
Almost every action Trump has taken can be viewed as a step toward that goal.

These terminations target misinformation research, AI literacy and safety, and programs to broaden participation in science and education. They're an attack on the very idea of an educated and informed citizenry, because it's a threat to authoritarian power.
