Going by blue boy because I'm a blue boy in a red US state. Also, depressed, but maybe that's the state of the world.
Google News is plainly suppressing the Musk-Putin story -- you can't find it in "top stories", which is absurd.
What the @WSJ investigation inexplicably leaves out—while confirming Elon Musk is an unregistered foreign agent of Russia and in violation of the Logan Act—is that Musk purchased Twitter with financing from the children of sanctioned Russian oligarchs. Why wasn't this mentioned? https://p.dw.com/p/4k5FG

The Washington Post is covering up its shameful failure to report on this initially by talking about the backlash. Even in this article, the Post conceals Trump denial, at that same rally, of being a Christian, which would interest many voters.
If the Post's defense is that it's a waste of time to tell us the obvious, that Trump is a non-Christian wannabe dictator, but it certainly wasted our time with breathless reporting on Biden's age, which we also all knew.

U.S. Supreme Court justices take lavish gifts — then raise the bar for bribery prosecutions • Ohio Capital Journal

U.S. Supreme Court justices haven't been shy about taking fancy freebies from rich people — many of them with an interest in the actions of the court. In 2016, those same justices unanimously voted to make it a lot harder to prosecute public officials for accepting bribes.

You won't find this on the NY Times homepage, but "If Trump Wins" is very much the kind of journalism we need from the most important news organization in America.

If the Times -- and the rest of our news media -- did this kind of thing relentlessly, they'd be doing their jobs.

It's now or never, journalists. You -- and democracy, which makes what you do possible -- are a prime target of the fascists.

The person who leaked information about Trump’s tax returns got more time than Trump did for fraud

He got more time than almost all insurrectionists received

He got more time than Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, and Charles Kushner for tax evasion and for funneling Russian money to politicians

…Tell me how the system isn’t set up to protect the rich and powerful again?
