OpenAI calls incorrect answers hallucinations. You help prevent hallucinations with prompt engineering and being more explicit with your prompt.

Try this:
Who won the 2020 summer olympics mens high jump? It took place between 30 July and 1 August 2021 at the Olympic Stadium. Answer the question as truthfully as possible, and if you're unsure of the answer, say "Sorry, I don't know".

The delete the 2nd sentence.

At least you’ll have a better feeling ChatAI is not hallucinating.
