Very low key Spring Equinox/Ostara. I was busy Monday and Tuesday, so I’m celebrating today.
Eating corned beef & cabbage out of styrofoam with a Bloody Mary at a local bar in the Midwest, the way Saint Patrick intended.

CAKE FAIL! Well, jokes on you, universe 🖕🏻 I covered it in glaze and am eating it anyway! Still tastes delicious! I feel like there’s some sort of life metaphor here, but whatever. (It’s the Smitten Kitchen olive oil chocolate cake recipe. When I turned it out on the cooling rack, it disintegrated. Rookie cake mistake.)
