No matter how hard I tried work and develop my education, I was kept at bottom. I have multi-industry experience. The only people who were given promotional chances were the ones who had children and/or married or both.
I'm still experiencing being stuck at bottom and employer recruiters now say I have no recent experience in the particular industry I apply to, to not hire me.

A gender non- conforming person could me a male or female who didn't marry and didn't have children (female).
In my day, women who didn't conform traditionally by getting married & having children were not promoted in Corporate.
That is what happened to me. Co's can get away with and spin it, as to why I wasn't promoted. So I went to graduate school and took time off from Corp when I was younger to build my skills.
How many people at your place of work who are in Executive Leadership and Management are never married and childfree?
Executive leaders put their backgrounds in their profile websites.
This question would be geared towards DEI and gender non-conformity.

Rod HiltonHe talked about electric cars. I don't know anything about cars, so when people said he was a genius I figured he must be a genius.
Then he talked about rockets. I don't know anything about rockets, so when people said he was a genius I figured he must be a genius.
Now he talks about software. I happen to know a lot about software & Elon Musk is saying the stupidest shit I've ever heard anyone say, so when people say he's a genius I figure I should stay the hell away from his cars and rockets.
