Back in the ER cos I was in the kitchen with a knife to my arm last night and it scared me enough to call 911 on myself. Waiting to see if they're going to put me inpatient anywhere. I tried coping with painting before the cutting (very superficial... just scratches but i was scared i would do more) but nothing was helping...
