@jeffowski Men at least uneducated men lacking in critical reasoning are frightened of women. Basically because many are intelligent academically and emotionally and that means their power isnโt in physical strength. Look at nearly all religions particularly the monotheistic ones denigrate and subjugate women so men can maintain power.

@fencoul fully understand. My choices would be Denmark, south France, maybe Portugal but itโs not happening. Live in a wonderful position southern new forest surrounded by die hard conservatives with little critical reasoning. Luckily our next door, 300m, neighbours are Dutch and German couple. At least we can have meaningful conversations. We differ on hybrid working though, heโs against it for young entrants into business.
