@scanlime I only had indirect experiences through a couple of people close to me. In their case it was more of a symptom than a problem in itself. For the first one, it went away after a big change in their life (and dealing with some trauma they had in the past). The other person ended up accepting it, but also understood it was something else causing it and chose not to change.

Not sure if this can help in any way, or if it even makes sense.

@roloxodon doesn't exactly fit the function, but very cool name! Now I'm thinking of building something interesting that can be called "heptabridge"...
