@Daojoan and on that note, strangers if you let them, will disclose their deepest darkest secrets. The last stranger I tried to do a good deed for, explained how her partner was murdered in front of her and her parents blamed her for it. Then she told me she'd be hanging in the Colosseum and called me the Devil!

She demanded a kiss and asked me if I was gay? Strangers are strange I tell ya, I think she had plans....

@Daojoan dangerous. Recently I educated some part time do-gooders on the risks of dealing with the hoodlums/strangers. They decided it was too risky 🫢

Today, we have a veneer of female advancement, full civil liberties and empowerment narratives. But most gender historians argue patriarchal oppressions have simply shape-shifted into more pernicious and invisible forms. Liberal laws guaranteeing equality, pay equity, and safety conceals the fact that female economic, social and sexual dependence on men remains firmly entrenched.

The patriarchy is a modern invention, not the natural order. — Joan Westenberg

The "patriarchy", a male-dominated social order with entrenched hierarchies giving power and authority to men over women, is pitched by masculinity influencers and pop social scientists as humanity's natural state. They argue patriarchy represents the primal hard-wiring of the human specie

@WPalant it's not unheard of when dealing with lawyers/courts.

I think our private legal information should not be accessible on the public Internet. But for some reason we don't have provisions to have private systems.

@Daojoan great post! It's frightening to be real, in real life. I've spent many years trying. People who I now talk to are colourful, authentic and real from many areas of society. Like you say everyone is precious, they have a life and our currency is time and love for one another. Sometimes it only takes a moment.
@petrasoderling thx, the conversation & thoughts has given me an idea to present the idea of shallow pockets which have a long lifetime to contribute on software development & successful business solutions. This is of course more related around the open source model perspective but I believe it's a nice way to flip the R&D model to leverage time as a currency, instead of money.
@QasimRashid I believe, beliefs should be respected. & believers be held to account/judge themselves on their own beliefs. Picking and choosing works until it doesn't. Many people don't even realise they can rule themselves with their rules. It seems we prefer to live by no rules and no consequences. Reality is unforgiving and beliefs and laws form a part of all of our realities.
@Daojoan in the media, so people can reframe it and profit from it.
@Daojoan nods, many people can't comprehend, interact, or may feel uncomfortable commenting. Yet one's thoughts and expressions are always valuable. We spent 21 years creating something from nothing and people sit back and question, how, why, what? Good things take time and then they're sometimes stripped back and sold for a song. That's why breaks and breathing is important. Being an overnight sensation is so tantalising, however maybe being older and a wiser sensation is easier?

The biggest mistake I have made as a creator is letting my ego, my ambition, and the shallowness of social media convince me that I had an “Audience” instead of a network.

My biggest mistake as a creator: thinking I had an audience.
