With SwiftUI Charts, does anyone know how to have a gradient filll below the line when the Y axis data is both negative and positive?
I’m using AreaMark, in the first example where all the values are > 0 this works great but in the second example where the values start from < 0, the AreaMark always wants to fill from 0 to the line.
Working on my upcoming app, my first real foray into SwiftUI and running into some tricky use cases.
For example, here I’m using List and I’d like the grey “inflation rate” banner at the top to slide up as I scroll the list up so that it doesn’t block the contents of the list. Would be really easy in UIKit to track the scroll view content offset but it’s turning out to be tricky in SwiftUI.
However when using these APIs in my own app the presenting view controller does animate out when the large detent is selected.
Is there any way to prevent this in order to match the Apple Maps behaviour without having to implement the whole presentation from scratch?
During the WWDC session Presenting Sheets from last year Apple say you can use the new detents and sheet presentation to create an Apple Maps like interface.
However in Apple Maps when the sheet is set to the large detent, the presenting view controller does not animate out. 1/2
I think I finally stumped ChatGPT.
It listed cars either more expensive or less practical.
To be fair I can think of perhaps only one or two cars in the world which meet the criteria.
Here I’m tapping “Auction” and the view is going into an infinite loop between the old and new value, however no breakpoints are triggered anywhere in the code so it’s impossible to debug what’s going on. In fact none of my code appears to be running at all.
The amount of times I wish I’d done this in UIKit instead of SwiftUI I’d be finished months ago 🥲
I subscribed without looking at the price, hope @paul didn’t rip me off 😜 As a Tweetbot user since day one, this was an insta-buy for me. @ivory
