Also, I just got Proton. It's European so there are much better privacy and consumer laws they must abide. Not sure if they will host your domain or not.

I used to host a domain on dreamhost. It had my website and email as http://domain.com and [email protected]. It's pricey but I'm sure there are other options. You pay for the domain either way. Weather or not you use it for both email and website is up to you.

This is exactly what I've been working on all day. Everything looks great, might could use a few tweeks, but I just can't get it to show a decent backgound image when the lock screen is on. Password and clock is just fine though. Login screen looks amazin on mine. You should share pics.
