I have now moved! Come find me at @[email protected]

Should I move to snouts.online? I want to be part of a good community and aside from the good people I know I follow already I'm finding it tricky to find relevant content.

I'm also worried .social is muted by a lot of people; my anxieties for social media have not dimmed for being in a nicer place because I always, always worry that I'm driving people away or being dull. But I like this place far more than squawkfeed. I'd love to make it even more fitting.

One of my favourite recent commissions from Shariea (Sharfluffz on birdshite): my #DnD character Cymbel!

I am so desperate to make him a fursuit soon; I have to finish my manuscript first, though >.>

This is an old x-ray; I can't get access to the new ones, unfortunately. That matrixing in the neck of the femur is the cyst, where some interconnecting bone has regrown. Apparently it looks 'more or less the same'. But it's still fragile.

Damn, eight centimetres isn't much room for error.

Eight centimetres sounds enormous for a hole in my femur.

I am really scared.

Got an appointment to request x-rays today. I know I likely won't get imaged immediately but I've been nervous enough about the pain itsrlf that I slept very little. Here's hoping I can be seen soon, and that it's just me overworking muscles that haven't had a chance to recover yet as opposed to the cyst widening or weakening.
This will never not be one of my favourite photos. I want to wear this outfit again.

Going to request my hip x-rays from the UK and get my GP here to send me for some new images. It's hurting too much to ignore and I'm really nervous about its condition.

I don't want a replacement yet, if at all.

Amazing how much of a difference improvising an orthotic lift from 60ยข craft foam made to my hip pain today. It's not a permanent fix by any means but hopefully it'll ease the ache that's been increasing over the last few days. The pains always makes me really anxious because if anything did happen to my hip again, I'd be going straight to a total replacement. I want to avoid that where I can. Breaking it was not fun.
