PLEASE SHARE ESP TO UNDERREPRESENTED WOMEN LOOKING FOR INFOSEC JOBS: We at Red Queen Dynamics are proud to bring you the Infosec.Exchange State Of The Instance webinar on August 3rd at 11AM Pacific.

Join me, @jerry, Mari Galloway, and Talya Parker to talk about opportunities for underrepresented women in cybersecurity startups after the Twittersplosion removed all our weak social ties. How do we find job postings now that we've all gone to different places? There will be some *very frank opinions* shared.

Get jobs! Talk to Jerry about how I.E. is working to increase the voice of underrepresented women on this platform! Learn from Mari and @TalyaParker about how best to reach to communities respectfully to provide job postings!

Usually when I arrive early or on time for my eye test they sit me in a waiting room for about 10 mins or more after appointment time. Today I was 10 mins late because of traffic issues so they cancelled and couldn’t fit me in for 2 hours. FFS.
I often write stuff post it then immediately delete it. Nothing bad just feel on seeing it that it’s stupid or whatever. Why can’t I think that before clicking publish and just not do it though? 🤷🏻‍♀️
This week I learned about PowerPoint Live. Apparently it’s been there ages but I never knew about it till this week. It lets you share the PowerPoint slides AND the transcript to peoples phones. Cracking feature. It meant I could see the slides despite being being someone with a massive noggin.
Someone put a dish in their air fryer and jammed the door shut. Concerned people were checking in to make sure she got it sorted. How cute is that 😍
I want the formatting to change when I copy and paste something said no person ever 😡

Wanted to nominate someone for an award cos they deserve it. Found one that’s being held in November. Went to put the nomination in and at wanted 1500 words! Is that normal? I only managed about 200 so gave up.
What’s the higher priority? Identifying what you have or making the most of the output on the tools you have on the assets you’ve identified?
Does anyone have any suggestions for good Infosec awards you can nominate people for? Absolutely not ones where people have to pay to play. Something someone would be happy to be nominated for but you don’t need to be part of a club to do the nominating?
