I eventually locked it in the bathroom, considering leaving it there for the night, but I I heard it flying around frantically in there from the other room and felt too bad that it may die. Eventually, I decided to open the door and let it out, and teach it a lesson not to annoy me.

Now, as I’m typing this, I hear it bashing against the outside window, either thanking me or wanting the light from my phone. I’ll never know which, but I hope the latter.
