I buy gold ore using one currency, mint it into the other currency, and then trade that back into the first currency. I manipulate the market to make the currency I'm minting way more valuable. Then I use the profit to buy rare earth metals, which I use to build robots to automate the coin minting process. #Ratopia is a good game.

I get analysis paralysis thinking about where to move to get out of the US. I usually get unstuck in my creative work by just picking the most obvious, easiest solution and diving deeper into it. Canada is the closest, my US passport lets me visit without additional paperwork, and I seem to qualify for an express visa if I do decide to move there. So I just need to pick out a good city and hop on a plane for a week trip to check it out. I think if I find a place I can definitively say "I would rather be living here", then I can work on the logistics with clarity, one piece at a time.

My dad thinks immigrants don't deserve rights and college students who protest deserve to be locked away without trial. He thinks it's good that #Trump is trying to kill any institutions that can challenge him because they're all the bad guys. He said it was good politics to defy supreme court orders, and thought my interpretation that they could use these powers to stop elections and eliminate any opposition was just "a dark perspective", and I should look on the bright side that crime would finally be under control. I told him immigrants don't commit crimes at higher rates than natives, but he didn't respond to that. I need to get out of this country. #uspol
