I think my new favorite mangaka is Tamura Yumi. Her pen game is strong. I didn't realize she's behind some of my favorite manga: 7seeds, Basara, and now Don't Call It Mystery.
Xenoblade quest system is very easy to navigate and it's nice to keep track of. The side quests matter here and I get a dopamine rush from completing them and leveling up.
@NaClKnight @yon yes, we discussed before how there are certain points in Xenoblade right now where I simply must level up for my strategies in fights to matter at all. Gotta grind. I appreciate that the quests are the main mode for gathering experience because I like a silly side story and getting to see the NPCs have a personality.
I don't have a lineage of playing twitch reaction or git gud games with anyone. I grew up on solo RPGs. It's cool watching others play diff genres.
